Welcome to PodCohesive. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
1. Acceptance of Terms: These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of PodCohesive's website and services. By accessing or using our services, you confirm your agreement to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use our services.
2. Services Provided: PodCohesive offers podcast production, audio engineering, content strategy, post-production, distribution, and analytics services. Specific details and scope of services will be outlined in individual service agreements or contracts.
3. User Responsibilities: You agree to use our services responsibly and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You are responsible for the content you provide to us for production, ensuring it does not infringe on any third-party rights or contain unlawful material.
4. Intellectual Property: All content provided by PodCohesive, including but not limited to website design, text, graphics, and software, is the property of PodCohesive or its licensors. Upon full payment for services, the intellectual property rights to the final podcast content produced for you will typically transfer to you, as detailed in your service agreement.
5. Payment and Billing: Fees for our services will be agreed upon prior to the commencement of work and detailed in a service agreement. Payments are due as per the terms specified in your invoice. Failure to make timely payments may result in the suspension or termination of services.
6. Limitation of Liability: PodCohesive shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from the use or inability to use our services.
7. Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
8. Changes to Terms: We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
